Among them: Andorra, the Bahamas, Bermuda, the British Virgin Islands, Vanuatu, Guernsey of an island, Gibraltar, Grenada, Jersey about, Dominica, islands Kajman, Canary Islands, Liechtenstein, Maldive Islands, Marshall Islands, Monaco, Maine of an island, Nauru, Niue of an island (a southern part of Pacific ocean), Panama, San Marino, Seychelles, Saint Vincent, Saint Lucia, Turks and islands Kejkos.
No sanctions for operations with residents of the countries mentioned in lists are provided, but at carrying out of checks tax departments are offered to pay attention to a place of registration of foreign counterparts of the checked organization.
Also the list of offshore zones contains in certificates of the Central bank of the Russian Federation, the truth it is used in exclusive with a view of bank regulation.
According to Instructions of the Central Bank of Russia from August, 7th, 2003 N 1317 all offshore zones are divided into 3 categories:
The first category - the most respectable jurisdictions. To them are carried: Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey, Sark), Isle of Man, Cyprus, Malta, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Singapore, Ireland.
The second category - the majority of classical "offshore", in particular Belize, the British Virgin Islands, Panama, the USA (states of Delaver and Wyoming) and others here are included.
The third category - the most odious offshore jurisdictions. Anzhuan concern them, Aruba, Vanuatu, Liberia, Liechtenstein, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Montenegro Andorra.
Depending on a category to which jurisdiction belongs, the establishment order the Russian banks of correspondent relations with banks from the corresponding countries depends. However, the given restrictions concern only banks and do not concern other residents.
