There is a set of definitions of marketing, so one of them: «Marketing is a realization of processes on advancement of the goods and services from the manufacturer to the consumer». All definitions of this term are reduced to one, the marketing purpose is a sale of the goods or service to the buyer. It is required to develop an exact plan of action which is called as marketing strategy for achievement of this purpose.

Within the limits of marketing strategy two main objectives are pursued: the first is an attraction of new buyers, and the second purpose is a deduction of the got buyers.

All marketing planning is based on four factors, so-called «the Theory 4Р»: Product (the goods or service); Price (the goods or service price); Placement (goods sale, trading networks, shops); Promotion (goods advancement: advertizing, smulirovanie sale).

The theory 4Р has been formulated by Dzherom McCart, and says that before to make any product or to render service it is necessary to consider four factors:
