After all not without reason it is considered that the above competence of the personnel, the less documents is required to be developed for SMK.
Now the enterprise, thanks to competently developed and introduced system of a quality management, can show at any moment to the clients not in words, and in practice internal work SMK. After all SMK sets as the purpose, first of all (quoting GOST R ISO 9001) «increase of satisfaction of consumers» - and to any customer the enterprise is ready to show the care of it.
Additional pluses - the advertizing company with use of a sign on conformity, occurrence of real advantages at participation in competitions and tenders (especially, regarding reception of the state contracts and contracts with Armed forces) - all it has laid down in a coin box of achievements from introduction SMK.
Thus it is necessary to notice that the control system operating at the enterprise of manufacture was organically entered in the developed system of a quality management, having added it and having introduced in SMK elements of automation of management.
Analyzing made, it is possible to be assured: the enterprise has felt utility SMK, the further development of a quality management in the organization does not cause doubts. Economical manufacture, system "streamlining", "benchmarking" - it is possible to improve activity infinitely, using an advanced experience of the western machine-building enterprises, leaning, thus, on own results - but to begin, certainly, it is necessary from bases - from introduction SMK under requirements of standard ISO 9001.
The resulted example speaks about advantage of use of standard ISO 9001 in work of the large machine-building enterprise.
